Nashville Predators Defenseman Dante Fabbro Claimed off Waivers by Eastern Conference Team
In breaking news, the Nashville Predators defenseman Dante Fabbro was claimed off waivers by an Eastern Conference team.
The Predators have been struggling this season, prompting general manager Barry Trotz to make a move after announcing he would consider a rebuild if players can't turn things around.
Unsurprisingly, Fabbro was claimed off waivers today.

Fabbro joins the Columbus Blue Jackets organization after spending his whole career with the Nashville Predators, who drafted him 16th overall in 2016.
This season, he was limited to only six games, often healthy-scratched by the Preds' head coach Andrew Brunette. In these six games, he couldn't add his name to the score sheet and has a -3 plus/minus.
The Blue Jackets hope that the defenseman will be able to find his confidence back and reach a new level in his development as a full-time NHL top-four defenseman.
Columbus will look to bounce back after losing their last four straight games tonight against the Anaheim Ducks. Fabbro's game status hasn't been confirmed by the organization, but he'll most likely make his Blue Jackets' debut in the coming days, either Tuesday against the Seattle Kraken or Friday against the Pittsburgh Penguins.
