With the frustrations in Edmonton, there has been increased speculation as to how long McDavid will want to stay in a losing City. Now, this insider has revealed exactly how McDavid is feeling.

McDavid Has Had it In Edmonton

Obviously, as the Captain of a struggling team. McDavid is likely to be upset at how the team has performed to start the season. With his contract coming up on expiring, talks about whether or not McDavid will stay in Edmonton are high. Recently, Jeff Marek has revealed just how mad McDavid is at the current situation in Edmonton.
Marek on 32TP talking Connor McDavid: "He is legitimately pissed off, he's had it, and he's like legit pissed"
For Oilers fans, hopefully, this anger subsides with new head coach Kris Knoblauch as he coached McDavid during his junior career.

McDavid Doing His All Despite Oilers Terrible Season Start

Despite the Oilers' struggles to start the year and McDavid's own injuries, McDavid has been able to contribute in the 11 games he has played. While he has only tallied 2 goals, he has added 8 assists for 10 points in 11 games. This may not be the pace that Oilers fans are used to, however, it is certainly pretty good considering how badly the Oilers have played so far this year.
Speculation around whether or not McDavid was involved in the firing of Jay Woodcroft has also surfaced since he was fired a few days ago. However, he has cleared the air that this is not true.
«I know the narrative out there obviously, but it couldn't be further from the truth.» - Connor McDavid comments on Jay Woodcroft being fired.
We will see if McDavid and the Oilers continue to struggle, or if they can snap out of their funk.
