Fighting in hockey is already becoming a rarity, and goalie fights are like finding the four-leaf clover. Well, in a game in the Win2Day ICE Hockey League, they experienced just that, when goaltenders Rasmus Tirronen and Niklas Svedberg decided to skate to center ice and go at each other.
The fight was pretty good, considering the struggle to throw punches while being constrained by the large goalie equipment. Both goalies ended up keeping their uppers on in the evenly-matched bout, and the fight only ended when Tirronen landed a punch that sent Svedberg back a step.
