Former goaltender and current member of the Florida Panthers' front office, Roberto Luongo, is going viral for a crazy concoction he ate out of the Stanley Cup.

Over the past years, we've seen many Stanley Cup Champions eat things out of the Stanley Cup. After a lengthy career in the NHL without winning the trophy, it's safe to say that Roberto Luongo had a bucket list of things he wanted to do with the Cup.
Earlier in the offseason, when the organization was celebrating the victory over the Edmonton Oilers in the seventh game of the Stanley Cup Finals, Luongo went viral for eating pasta out of the Cup.
If you missed it, watch the video here:
Now, Luongo was back at it, this time, with a peculiar recipe that combined his Canadian and Italian heritage: a Canadian poutine with the french fries replaced by gnocchis.
Check it out:
Some people didn't shy away from pointing out the fact that Luongo didn't do a lot of playing for all the noise he's been making with the Cup.
Even if he wasn't on the ice when the Panthers won, he still brings a lot to the organization. His experience and talent are being put to good use in Florida, where he spent most of his career, from 2000 to 2006, and 2013 to 2019.
He remains one of the best goalies to ever play in the NHL. In 1,044 games, he had a 2.52 GAA, a .919 SV%, and a 489-392-124 record.
